Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it after a 2-hour window. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us at hello@viresce.com within 2 hours of purchase, and we’ll take care of your request. Any modifications, such as changes to your shipping address or order details, must also be made within this 2-hour timeframe.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@viresce.com. If your return is approved, we will provide the necessary return instructions, including the correct return address. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Return Requirements:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • A valid return tracking number must be provided to complete the return process. Failure to do so may result in a partial or denied refund.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable).
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards and discounted sale items

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, the fastest way is to return your original purchase first. Once we approve the return, you can place a separate order for the new item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Please note that it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.


Warranty Coverage

Viresce provides a 30-day warranty on all watches, covering manufacturer defects. Customers may also opt for a lifetime warranty at an additional cost.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Water damage
  • Battery replacements
  • Accidental damage (e.g., broken glass, scratches, strap damage)
  • Loss or theft

A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
