We’re proud to offer free shipping globally on every order—no hidden costs or surprise fees.

Shipping Regions & Estimated Delivery Times

Our current estimated delivery windows are:

  • USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe: 5 to 15 business days

  • All Other Countries: 5 to 21 business days

Important: Delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched.

Processing Time

We aim to prepare and ship your order within 72 hours of purchase. However, during busy periods or when conducting thorough quality inspections, dispatch may take up to 7 business days.

We’ll always choose the quickest available shipping method based on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Import Taxes & Custom Fees

With the exception of EU customers, import duties and taxes are not included in your order total. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. Please consult your country’s customs authority for more information.

Delays In Transit

Although delays are uncommon, they may occasionally happen due to customs processing or unforeseen courier issues. We appreciate your patience in the rare case your delivery takes longer than expected.

Address Errors & Unclaimed Shipments

Once your order is placed, we’re unable to make changes to the shipping address. Please ensure all information is accurate when placing your order.

We are not liable for any parcels returned due to:
